Advance Police Parking - Smart Prado Games

Advanced Police Parking – Smart Prado Games (or Advanced Police Parking on iOS) is a free Mobile game for iOS and Android which requires you to park police vehicles in designated locations passing through many obstacles and collecting up to 3 Police Badges for a Higher score (a little like how some games give you 3 stars as a score). The Android version of the App is only 30MB so you will not need to sacrifice much space when you install this app. When you open the app you see their custom Unity splash screen as seen on many games. When you run the game the 1st time they ask you to accept their privacy policy and state you need to be over 13 in order to play the game. The age restriction can easily by bypassed by just clicking accept. The Android version and iOS version are a little bit different in a few ways, but a large amount of the gameplay will exist between the 2 versions. You have an option to personalise your account, specify whether you want to be a male or female, and what you want your name to be. There is a guest option or an option to make an account. You do not need to make an account to play the game so you can just skip it. The 1st level is fairly easy you basically just go in a fairly straight line to try to get to the end and Park your Police Car in the yellow and black spot. The next level is more complicated and involves turns. As the game progresses there are multiple different obstacles which you will encounter during the game and many different police vehicles you can unlock or purchase during the game. There are over 30 levels in the game The game is largely ad-funded but can be either turned off for a payment of 1,99 US$ or by turning off the internet while you play.

The Review

There are many good and some bad things about this game. The game has a lot of cool levels and design features. The Graphics look Cartoony, but nice, and the profile customisation, while not something I would really care for, may be interesting to some people though only contains 2 genders which some people may not like, but profile registration is optional. The control scheme is interesting, it has a steering wheel, a Forward, and a Break Button. This is an interesting control format trying to somewhat replicate that of real life but it is not easy on a mobile device, especially one that only has single point touch, or for players with only 1 usable hand. The Steering wheel is too sensitive, and it is easy to steer to extreme or not extreme enough, especially at faster speeds.  The game has a lot of ads in many places which can really hurt the game play experience. There are 2 main options, 1) Pay 1,99 US$ & support the developer 2) Play Offline, and possibly miss important notifications. Both has their disadvantages, but both methods are common in many mobile games. This game in fact is similar to lots of mobile games. There are many mobile games in the Google Play Store which has almost the exact same functionality. While this game is blesses with many great funcitionalities, it often has bugs or performance issues, and whenever you loose a level just by slightly crashing your care it takes a few seconds to restart. And while all the obstacles would be nice in most cases, they can often be an annoyance when you have such hard to deal with controls. But Overal, the game can be a nice game to play if you want to pass by time and do not mind playing offline or seeing a few ads.
